Dawn Tatro
Vice President, Founder & Jenna's Mother
Dawn is currently the CFO and VP of GW Tatro Construction Co in Jeffersonville, VT. She resides in Johnson, VT. She graduated from Champlain College with a degree in Accounting.
After the unfortunate death of her daughter due to an overdose, Dawn started the Non-Profit organization, Jenna’s Promise in February of 2019.
Greg Tatro
President, Founder & Jenna's Father
Greg is currently the CEO and President of GW Tatro Construction Co in Jeffersonville, VT. He resides in Johnson, VT.
After the unfortunate death of his daughter due to an overdose, Greg started the Non-Profit organization, Jenna’s Promise in February of 2019.
Angel Mason
Workforce Development
& Education Coordinator
After spending many years in construction, Angel moved to Human Services after a conversation with a case manager at the Department of Labor.
Angel then started at CCV where she quickly became engrossed with many organizations they have. She completed her internship at the Department of Labor where she got her first taste of Human Services. Swiftly she felt that's where she belongs.
She continued on to NVU for a B.A. in Psychology while she spent many years working for Lamoille County Mental Health as a Behavior Interventionist until she left for her internship in Equine Therapy. There she learned Counseling was her next passion.
She began working towards her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling & Addictions.
She went to work for a program dedicated to Veterans before making the switch to Jenna’s Promise.
She is deeply involved in the community, taking pride in being the Sergeant at Arms for United Motorcyclists of Vermont. Angel is also a member of Widow’s Son’s Lady and is a Women’s American Legion Aux member.
During her downtime she enjoys doing things with her husband, four children, three grandchildren, four dogs, and two cats.
Daniel Franklin
Chief Operating Officer
Daniel Franklin joins the Jenna's Promise team after serving as VP for Advocacy and Community Relations for the Vermont Association for Mental Health and Addiction Recovery and Recovery Vermont. Before that he served as Executive Director for the Lamoille Valley's North Central Vermont Recovery Center.
He has been a key collaborator with Jenna's Promise nearly since it was founded, especially by advising on how Jenna's Promise could break new ground in the system of care and helping to design Jenna's House.
A native of Guilford, VT, Daniel lives in Craftsbury with his partner Corrina and their young son Josiah. Daniel has worked as a leader, advocate, fundraiser, and frontline worker in the health and human services field for many years.
He is devoted to the cause of recovery from addictions and mental health challenges and seeks to advance and enhance the connection between mind, body and spirit by unifying systems of care for mental health and physical health.
He is proud to join a remarkable team and to contribute to the next stage of growth and innovation for Jenna's Promise.
Olivia McGovern
Marketing, Board Member
Olivia recently graduated from Bishop’s University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. She resides in Johnson, VT.
Amy Tatro
Secretary, Jenna's Sister In-Law
Amy is currently the Director of Administrative Services at GW Tatro Construction Co in Jeffersonville, VT. She graduated from St. Michael’s College in Colchester, Vermont and resides in Johnson, VT.
Greg Tatro
Founder, Jenna's Brother
Gregory is currently the HR Manager at GW Tatro Construction Co in Jeffersonville, VT. He graduated from St. Michael’s College in Colchester, VT and resides in Johnson, VT.
He and his wife Amy have been dubbed ‘The President Chasers’ by Vermont Digger for their efforts to visit every presidential home and meet every living president.
